Be inspired by a growing movement to revive sacred Jewish rituals, including Shmirah and Tahara.
A Chevra Kadisha, "holy society", is a collective of Jewish volunteers who support families and communities by caring for loved ones between death and burial. The Valley Chevra Kadisha (VCK) is dedicated to this traditional communal responsibility of bringing honor and dignity to the deceased by providing rituals that have been part of the Jewish tradition for centuries.
